NHL

You have got to feel for Bruins fans. A rebound gets slapped in out of mid-air by the guy who sucker-punched their player in game 5? That guy shouldn't have even been allowed to play and he gets his first career playoff goal? Terrible. That one will kill them for all time.

On a positivie note it was really nice to watch a really competitive and physical playoff game and not see the faces of any of the officials. Comissioner Stern I'm looking at you. Sports are meant to be played by grown men who really don't like each other when the enter the competitive arena. The NBA has gone way to far with their technicals and flagrants. Guys are supposed to jaw at each other, we want a little pushing and shoving and snearing and glaring. That Bruins-Canes game was not the least bit dirty but it was exciting. These NBA games get stopped every few minutes for some stupid little bump except there is no rhyme or reason as to which little bumps get called. So the officiating is inept and it slows down the game. Awesome.
